At Menchita, we are confident that you will love our products. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy on select items purchased from our store.

Damaged and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, skincare and personal care products. If you have any questions regarding the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact our customer service team at info@menchitaskincare.com.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Most of our products, including unopened cosmetics, toiletries, and skincare items, may be excluded from our general return policy due to hygiene concerns and safety regulations. We reserve the right to assess returns on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. If a returned product is found to be used beyond what is necessary for reasonable inspection, we may reject the refund request.

Proof of Purchase To process a refund, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or purchase order. Without valid proof of purchase, we cannot issue a refund.

Sale and Clearance Items Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Instructions To return an order, you must first contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the item is deemed defective or damaged, we will refund the shipping costs upon receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Refund Process Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us at info@menchitaskincare.com.
